Terms & Clarifications

The following clarifications and definitions govern the interpretation of all brand strategy, communication, and creative coordination services provided by Syndeylynninc. These terms are intended to prevent ambiguity and establish a shared understanding between the consultancy and the client.

1. Scope of Deliverables

All project deliverables—including messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice guides, visual identity systems, and communication strategies—are provided as strategic recommendations. Final implementation, including production, printing, or software deployment, remains the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.

2. Revisions and Feedback

Each project includes up to two rounds of structured revisions per deliverable. Feedback must be submitted in writing within ten business days of receipt. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately. Verbal feedback or feedback provided outside the agreed channel will not be considered part of the revision process.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Syndeylynninc transfers ownership of the final deliverables to the client. Syndeylynninc retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed prior to project commencement.

4. Third-Party Materials

Any use of third-party fonts, stock photography, or software libraries within deliverables is subject to the respective licensor’s terms. Syndeylynninc will identify such materials in the final handover but is not responsible for ongoing licensing fees or compliance beyond the project scope.

5. Limitation of Liability

Syndeylynninc’s liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that specific engagement. In no event shall Syndeylynninc be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
