Terms of Use

Last updated: January 1, 2025

1. Services

Syndeylynninc provides brand development, communication strategy, and creative project coordination services. All deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written agreement for each engagement. No service is provided without a signed contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, timely information and materials necessary for project execution. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may extend project timelines. Clients are responsible for obtaining any third-party permissions required for materials they provide.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their project. Syndeylynninc retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business interruption. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed up to the notice date. If termination is due to a material breach by the other party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately without further obligation.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify clients of material changes via email.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.

8. Contact
